the location IS superb. The room was spacious (it had everything I needed).
the room lighting was horrible. The popcorn ceiling in the room felt very dated (not a fan of that texture).

The location provides beautiful views of the lake. That aspect was acceptable.
The room was quite dated, especially the plumbing. The bathtub and sink were clogged, so I had to change rooms. The thermostat in the AC did not work properly in either room.

The location offered easy access to the marina, a huge plus for boat activities. The views there were amazing. The Rainbow Room provided great vegetarian options, a detail I sincerely appreciated, as vegetarian meals can sometimes be scarce. I enjoyed drinks by the pool. The atmosphere was good and relaxing.
The check-in line was quite long. I waited almost 45 minutes to get my room key, somewhat inconvenient.

Multiple swimming pools are open until late. This allowed for swimming after sunset, amazing! A fire pit could BE used. The restaurants onsite are very convenient.

The resort has a strategic location near national parks. Monument Valley, antelope canyon, and horseshoe bend are within driving distance. The setting around the resort included views of the lake! It felt secure and peaceful.

the views were fine from my king room view. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. i saw the pool area had plenty of loungers! the gym had a good selection of equipment.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views

I enjoyed the excellent service at the Rainbow Room (the staff were very friendly!). Arriving late, the manager helped us order ahead, so our meal was ready after kitchen closing. Asia, our server, elevated our dining experience with great service. The outdoor pool and surrounding landscape were also very excellent, scenic setting for relaxation.
The room smelled like wet dog when we arrived. We opened the door to air it out. We also experienced that the resort WiFi never worked , a big inconvenience.

The hotel features three restaurants for dinner, providing guests with multiple dining options. I had the opportunity to dine at the restaurantwith fine views and delicious food, however not included in the price. The service was great.

The hotel includes two pools, a recreational area, and a shop. I noticed the outdoor pool had great landscaping. I used the pool, it was well maintained with comfortable loungers and plenty of space .

The king room had great space and cleanliness. It included a balcony with seating (I enjoyed the fresh air!). The room had all necessary amenities, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

I really liked the location. it was very close to the lake and the grounds were kept well. the beds were comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
the check-in process felt very slow. i also felt the computer system needed updating or better coordination with cleaning staff. the room was not ready by check-in time and i had to wait.
